Joint Insolvency Committee Reports

The Joint Insolvency Committee (JIC) of the five (formerley seven) recognised insolvency practitioner authorising bodies and the Insolvency Service, formed in 1999, undertakes the consideration, development and promotion of professional and ethical standards and guidance in relation to insolvency practice, including statements of insolvency practice (SIPs), insolvency guidance papers (IGPs) and the profession’s ethical code. The IPA’s JIC representative is Patrick Brazzill. Details of its membership and its work are provided in its Reports and Newsletters.
